2. PUBLIC COMMENT

If any member of the public wishes to address the Authority, please submit written comments by Monday, February 16, 2026, by 5 p.m. Comments should not exceed three minutes on any item of interest, not on the agenda within the jurisdiction of the Authority. The Authority will listen to all communication, but in compliance with the Brown Act, will not take any action on items that are not on the agenda. 

3. ACTION CALENDAR

A.                 LTA Audit, Fiscal Year 2024/2025

The auditor will be presenting the attached draft reports to the Committee. The reports are posted on the website at https://www.ltaimperial.com/audits-and-financial-reports

Staff requests that the Local Taxpayer Supervising Committee (LTSC) forward this item to the LTA Board for their review and approval after public comment, if any:

1.       Review and approve with recommendation(s) of the FY 2024/2025 Imperial County Local Transportation Annual Financial Audit(s)

B.         Discussion/Action regarding the appointment of an LTSC member to fill vacant position

Staff requests that the LTSC provide input and recommendations in the recruitment of a qualified member to fill the vacant position.
